The Minns Labor Government has provided funding to Blacktown City Council to deliver an upgrade to the intersection of Elara Boulevard and Northbourne Drive to improve pedestrian safety and traffic flow.

This intersection is consistently raised with me by residents who recognise it is a safety concern. I have met with countless residents who would like a safety upgrade installed to reduce accidents and protect pedestrians. 

Blacktown City Council is proposing that a roundabout is preferred to address the issue, please fill out my survey below to tell me your thoughts about the proposed upgrade.
